IPM Gets an Intelligent Facelift: Clarion Management Services is Now GroClarity

By: Dr. Bernie Lorenz, PH.D.

You may have noticed some exciting updates in the ProKure family today. That’s because our parent company, Clarion Management Services, has officially rebranded to GroClarity. This new identity isn’t just a name change — it’s a reflection of our growth and our mission to bring clarity and actionable insights to cultivation environments. With GroClarity, our purpose is clearer than ever: to help cultivators thrive by creating healthier, more productive facilities.

GroClarity’s mission is to arm our community with the confidence, knowledge, and tools to produce safe, high-quality products, one harvest at a time. Why? Well, to start, integrated pest management (IPM) is a market primed for disruption. With data-backed air quality testing still in its infancy, customers have few tools at their disposal to assess the health of their facilities. The unfortunate truth is that — up until now — most cannabis cultivators have relied on retroactive mold detection techniques like visual scouting, studying crop-loss rates, and reacting to test failures. Worse still, with these methods, mold continues to be a significant source of crop loss for growers across the country.

GroClarity’s industry-first approach comes together on a single platform to support cultivators with interpreting air quality results, eliminating cumbersome data entry and analysis processes, and adding depth to result evaluations. Access to this data allows cultivators to get ahead of pathogen problems before they become endophytic, establishes “safe” thresholds, speciates and quantifies spores, and automates scheduling/chain of custody processes.

GroClarity’s new approach to IPM provides growers and IPM managers with a holistic understanding of their facility’s needs and the proper treatment required to protect and correct their facility’s conditions, from the inside out.

GroClarity’s Intelligent Approach

GroClarity’s new structure is made up of two brands — ProKure and IPM Insights — that have been carefully developed to offer a holistic approach combining air sample analysis, IPM risk assessment, and facility management protocols, all in one unified platform.

With GroClarity, cultivators can now:

  • Identify and quantify specific mold/spore types: Learn exactly what types of mold are impacting your facilities so you can receive customized treatment to minimize waste and maximize impact.

  • Understand context and thresholds for interpreting results: Growers can now put results into meaningful context with guidance that reveals how to interpret the mold count results, including establishing thresholds for “good,” “medium,” and “bad” levels.

  • Visualize data trends: Receive visual reports that identify trends in mold levels over time for all your rooms in every one of your facilities.

  • Automate data entry and reporting processes: Automate those tedious, manual processes for data entry, chain of custody forms, and other archaic reporting procedures.

  • Access baseline levels and historical data: Utilize historical mold data to establish baselines, identify recurring as well as novel issues, and adjust your IPM approaches accordingly.

IPM Insights

IPM Insights is a new online platform designed to empower cultivators by providing critical analysis  of facility health  through measuring pathogen pressure and environmental data. It allows cultivators to quantify the health of their environment while offering key industry benchmarks for comparison. Users can assess how their actions impact pathogen pressure and receive actionable recommendations to improve their standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring optimal environmental health and preventing crop loss.

IPM Insights is the evolution of GroClarity’s air quality testing program, which has been helping growers read, analyze, and interpret the data they need to grow healthy, mold-free plants. This cutting-edge tech gives IPM managers an objective track record of the health of their facility. This expanded perspective provides greater  insight into  which conditions are “normal” and which are cause for concern. IPM Insights also provides critical information that allows IPM managers to take immediate, targeted actions to protect their crops.

ProKure

Once IPM Insights identifies a potential infection, ProKure’s suite of products can treat your facility to maintain or restore optimal health. Available in liquid and gaseous forms of chlorine dioxide (ClO2), ProKure’s solutions get you where you want to be — creating desirable indoor cultivation environments and preventing outbreaks of mold, mildew, and bacteria. ProKure puts cultivators  in control so they can grow the healthiest plants possible.

At GroClarity, we’re thrilled to be redefining how cultivators and IPM managers assess and protect the health of their facilities. With our holistic approach, combining cutting-edge data analysis from IPM Insights and powerful treatment solutions from ProKure, we’re empowering growers to move from reactive problem-solving to proactive facility management. Our mission is to set a new industry standard for pathogen control and cultivation success, giving our community the confidence to produce safe, high-quality crops, one harvest at a time.

We’re excited to share this journey with you — and can’t wait for you to experience the benefits of GroClarity.
